As part of Monterey County Bank’s online banking upgrade, you may be required to make certain updates within your QuickBooks® software to maintain uninterrupted access to your account information.
These updates ensure that your transaction history, account connectivity, and download functions continue to operate correctly after the system transition.
The conversion instructions reference two important Action Dates. Please use the dates below when completing the required steps.
1st Action Date: March 9, 2026
Please complete the following by this date:
Important: Complete your final download before this date, as historical transactions may not be available after the upgrade.
2nd Action Date: March 11, 2026
On or after this date, complete all remaining steps in the conversion instructions. This includes deactivating and reactivating your online banking connection in QuickBooks to reestablish connectivity with Monterey County Bank’s upgraded system.
Intuit aggregation services may experience interruptions for 3–5 business days following the upgrade. During this time, you may manually download your transactions by logging into Monterey County Bank’s online banking and exporting a QFX/QBO file for import into QuickBooks.
